Yes! Club Cards are always free and sign up is easy.
You have 14 days to complete an exchange in our stores. Please bring your receipt and items with tags attached so we are able to process your exchange.
If you visit our stores, we’ll be glad to assist. We receive thousands of items daily, so turnover happens as fast as treasures appear. As such, we can’t track specific merchandise availability either at our store or in other stores.
Consider this: we get 10,000+ items at our stores every day, which means mega variety—perfect for that ‘has everything’ kinda person. Not only that, each of our stores supports neighbourhood charities, so shopping here helps us, help others.
We’re not able to offer gift card online just yet, so visit us in store to purchase. Find a location.

You can check the balance of your gift card at any time by visiting our Balance Inquiry page, by calling the number listed on the back of your card, or by visiting a Savers store.
Your Savers gift card expires three years from the date of issue.
Gift cards may not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Please treat your gift card like cash.
