Each Savers, Inc. store has five management positions. Each position's duties and relation to the whole team are summarized here.

Assistant Operations Supervisor (AOS)

The Assistant Operations Supervisor is responsible for:
  • Aiding the Operations Supervisor with the day-to-day functions of the sales floor.
  • Managing the operations department in the absence of the Operations Supervisor.

Operations Supervisor (OS) 

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for:

  • Managing and directing the day-to-day functions of the sales floor.
  • Monitoring the flow of customers and providing fast efficient service.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the sales floor, dressing rooms, rest rooms, entrance and parking lot area of the store.
  • Supervising and directing operations team members.
  • Selecting, orienting, and training new team members.
  • Monitoring and providing guidance and feedback on team members’ performances.
  • Following all company policies and procedures and ensuring they are upheld.
  • Opening and closing the store as scheduled and in the absence of the Store Manager.

Assistant Production Supervisor (APS)

The Assistant Production Supervisor is responsible for:

  • Aiding the Production Supervisor with the day-to-day functions of the production process.
  • Acting as a “floater” to fill in for absent team members as needed.
  • Managing the entire production room in the absence of the Production Supervisor.

Production Supervisor (PS) 

The Production Supervisor is responsible for:

  • Managing and directing the day-to-day functions of the production process.
  • Monitoring the processing of all incoming merchandise, the inspection and pricing of merchandise, and placement and organization of merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Managing and directing production team members.
  • Selecting, orienting, and training new team members.
  • Monitoring and providing guidance and feedback on team members’ performance.
  • Ensuring we are providing a high level of customer service.
  • Following all company policies and procedures and ensuring they are upheld.
  • Opening and closing the store as scheduled and in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Managing all store functions in the absence of the Store Manager.

Store Manager 

The Store Manager is responsible for: 

  • Managing the day-to-day functions of the entire store. 
  • Overseeing all aspects of sales floor, ensuring fast, efficient customer service.
  • Overseeing all aspects of backroom production: receiving, sorting, pricing, and putting out merchandise.
  • Overseeing maintenance of sales floor, dressing rooms, restrooms, entrance, and parking lot area.
  • Managing the selection and training of team members.
  • Directing the Production Supervisor and Operations Supervisor activities.
  • Ensuring all team members follow company policies and procedures.
  • Managing security after closing.
